1. The decorations were said to be eco-friendly, why do they contain plastic?
A. Our aim is to reduce the production of new plastic by not buying any new plastic products, but we also want to make the best of the existing plastic, preventing them from going to waste and filling landfills.

2. Why would customers pay extra money to get steel cutlery when the companies are providing plastic cutlery for a cheaper price?
A. The steel cutlery and pouches are reusable which makes it a long-term investment whereas the plastic cutlery is use-and-throw. So, it would be better to buy the steel cutlery than buying the plastic cutlery multiple times.

3. How would the companies know whether or not the customer would like a straw during online delivery?
A. There will be an option to add a straw for an extra (small) price.
